Job Description: Strategic Technology Partners LLC (www.stpfederal.com) has an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Specialist/Engineer & Documentation professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and consistency of project deliverables while supporting documentation management and control across the project lifecycle. You will support deliverable tracking, reporting, and documentation processes to ensure all outputs meet project requirements, standards, and scheduled deadlines across technical and program teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
Track, manage, and validate project deliverables, milestones, and schedules throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain documentation control, version management, and organized repository structures for project artifacts
Develop and maintain status reports, meeting notes, project documentation, and deliverable tracking logs
Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines
Review and verify documentation accuracy, completeness, and consistency across project outputs
Support Agile, SDLC, or structured project delivery environments with documentation and QA activities
Assist in process improvement efforts related to documentation management and quality assurance workflows
Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, or similar platforms for tracking and documentation
4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Documentation Management, PMO support, or related IT roles
Strong experience in deliverable tracking, documentation control, and project reporting
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience working in technical or cross-functional project environments
Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education Requirement: A bachelors degree or higher in computer science, engineering or related field preferred
Security Requirement: Must be able to obtain a Federal Clearance. No exceptions can be made
Location: The position is remote with occasional visits to the federal office for administrative matters.
