Job Description: Strategic Technology Partners LLC (www.stpfederal.com) has an opportunity for a skilled IBM Security Verify Engineer to design, implement, and manage identity solutions that protect our enterprise and clients. This role requires hands-on experience with IBM Security Verify (cloud or hybrid), SSO, MFA, and directory integrations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Design and deploy IBM Security Verify solutions, including SSO, MFA, risk-based authentication, and user lifecycle management.
  • Integrate cloud and on-prem applications with Verify via SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
  • Configure user journeys and adaptive access policies.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, DevOps, and app teams to ensure secure identity architecture.
  • Support onboarding, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and respond to security incidents related to IAM.
  • Must have experience with IBM Security Verify (or IBM Identity & Access Management products).
  • A Strong understanding of identity protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, SCIM is required.
  • Must have experience with SSO, MFA, and identity federation.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS) and hybrid identity integrations is a plus
  • Experience scripting (Python, Bash), experience with APIs, REST/JSON, or working knowledge of governance solutions is a plus
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education Requirement: A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering or related field preferred

Location: The position is remote with some possible travel required
